At first I was getting an error charging but it made sense reading the manual (it was too cold from shipping) once it warmed up a bit, it charged no problem. It’s got usb c and a ports as well as a car charger port and a regular outlet so it can charge plenty of devices at once. It’s also surprisingly light so it won’t be a burden to take camping or to an event where you’ll be away from an outlet for a while. It’s also not very expensive which is great. Read more

These sub-100Wh power banks are all over the place now since they can be taken on planes and can be used to power/charge a lot of modern laptops in addition to your standard assortment of mobile and gaming devices. I personally have a whole variety of battery banks as well as modest-to-large sized "solar generators" including a 300W one from ALLPOWERS. This one, however, is kind of leaving me feeling less than impressed. Don't get me wrong, there's nothing inherently wrong with it. It has a study enough build-quality and the capacity is right on the cusp of allowable for air travel, so they're definitely trying to maximize the usefulness in that regard. But it's sort of bulky for this type of a power bank, and it doesn't really have any standout features aside from being comparatively cheap NOW. I mean, it was listed for $59.99 when I ordered it, but that was a recent markdown from the standard listing of $89.99 which is a pretty comparable price to some higher end battery banks of similar capacity. For example, I have an EcoFlow (ASIN B0FHB6J2ZW) with a fairly comparable capacity that is currently listed for $79.99, but it comes in a much sleeker design with an color display that provides info on the various cores of the bank, and the EcoFlow bank has 2 built-in USB-C cables. This ALLPOWERS power bank comes with a cable, but nothing built in and no wireless charging ability despite having a sizeable, wide surface going unused on top. So in addition to needing to remember this power bank, I need to remember to pack whatever cables I want to use with it. Now, that's not to say it's bad. Again, it's currently listed on the lower (aka more affordable) side of comparable power banks. And one feature this does have that I don't typically see advertised with power banks of this size is the ability to directly charge it with a solar panel. By that, I don't mean using the USB outputs built into modern portable solar panels. Rather, the documentation suggests that as long as your charging cable from your 100W max panel has a USB-C end on it, you can directly charge this bank from the panel. That's cool, but I also have to note that if I'm packing a 100W portable panel, I'm probably also packing a larger power bank (i.e. a solar generator) that has at least one AC outlet and/or 12V cigarette-lighter port on it in addition to USB ports, which would then render this kind of unnecessary. So, that's where I am with this. It's not bad. It seems to deliver what the listing suggests. And it is one of the more affordable options, which is why I'm still giving it a 4-star review. But if you're looking for "bells and whistles" like built in cables or wireless charging, then you'll need to look elsewhere and potentially pay a little more. Read more

This is a well constructed external battery that provides power on the go. It is also not too heavy and is easily transported with the built in handle. Built in USB ports as well as a cigarette lighter receptacle and a standard power outlet make this is a great value for the money. This is also easy to use and very intuitive when it comes to using it to power on and power your devices. The functionality is really good bringing great value for the money. Read more

This is awesome. I'm used to having a regular battery power bank but this takes things to the next level since I can plug in multiple devices including my MacBook pro. Definitely taking this out on my next camping trip! Read more

The ALLPOWERS SOLAX P100 Portable Power Bank is a compact powerhouse for your portable power needs. I was able to charge three different devices simultaneously. During the charging of three devices, the unit remained cool to the touch, totally silent. The device does have enough output power to charge Chromebooks and smaller laptops. However, while charging my laptops, I did get "slow charging" warnings. I also never saw an output of more than 45 watts while attempting to charge the laptops. I never saw an output of 100 watts while charging any device, regardless of the cables used. This is a concern, as even attempts to charge two devices that have 60-watt chargers, the device did not seem to provide more than 45 watts in total from the two USB-C slots. For this reason, I had to deduct one star, as I simply could not draw 100 watts out of the device. I tested this as a portable power supply for a Raspberry Pi 5. The device powered the screen and the Raspberry Pi just fine. I was able to charge the device just fine using a 60-watt solar panel. While charging the power bank, it is still possible to charge devices connected to it. Read more

I connected this unit between my internet router and the outlet. Using it as a pass through battery backup. It works great until it randomly shuts off displaying E202 error (Overload). Got a replacement unit with the same behavior, must be a design fault. Read more
