I'd been wanting to try one of these for awhile. I chose this one because I read stainless steel needles are better as they are easier to disinfect. I use it once a week followed by my face serums. The first 2 times I used it my face felt a little angry until the next day. But now it's fine. I may have done too many passes too. My skin feels very smooth and I feel like it's looking a little bit more smooth and youthful. Reasonable price, comes in a nice case to keep it clean. It takes time, like a month , to notice a skin/ wrinkle improvement. At least for me. I use castor oil afterwards. I micro needle in one direction about 4 to 5 times an area twice a week. I bought a second one when this one gets dull. I've had mine 3 months and still going strong. It's not a deep puncture , which I prefer since I'm a fair skinned freckled ginger. Read more

I had never tried one of these before but was curious, and I’m glad I tried it out! This is lightweight, yet sturdy and great quality! I can feel the needles working but it doesn’t hurt at all, and afterwards my skin feels and looks invigorated! Easy to sterilize with alcohol before use, ann easy to keep clean with its case. Try it! This one is sooo much sturdier it feels and looks really high quality. It has an almost velvety look and feel and just seems more high-end than other rollers I've used. Great derma roller! The matching case makes it easy to store in your bathroom drawer so its not rolling around getting damaged. Its easy to clean too. I rinse with soap and water after each use and lightly scrub with a toothbrush (that I only use for this ) and soak in alcohol for a minute before each use. Obviously wash your face before using.
