The first 2 times I used it my face felt a little angry until the next day. But now it's fine. I may have done too many passes too. It takes time, like a month , to notice a skin/ wrinkle improvement. At least for me. I use castor oil afterwards. I micro needle in one direction about 4 to 5 times an area twice a week. Great derma roller! The matching case makes it easy to store in your bathroom drawer so its not rolling around getting damaged. Its easy to clean too. I rinse with soap and water after each use and lightly scrub with a toothbrush (that I only use for this ) and soak in alcohol for a minute before each use. Obviously wash your face before using.
