This humidifier is absolutely fantastic! I’ve only been using it for a day, but it has exceeded my expectations. It raised the humidity in our large master bedroom from 35% to a comfortable 50% in no time. I attached a trend to show how well it works, you can clearly see the steady increase in humidity. There’s a brief dip in the trend when I shut it off to move it to the other side of the room, but it quickly picked back up once restarted. I also adjusted the setpoint back to 50%, and it maintained it effortlessly. This humidifier works great - just as advertised. The unit humidifies my whole house. There is no need for a second unit. My heat feels like it is evenly distributed throughout my whole home. There are no more dry noses or dry air. The rotating exit vent helps to evenly distribute the humidity. The large tank negates the need to fill the tank more offen than previous humidiofiers that I've tried. Since this is an unltrsonic humidifier, there is no need for filters or noisy fans. What a great humidifier!! First time in 25 yrs that our humidity is actually normal for wintertime. So much better than any other humidifier we had (and there are many). No clunky filters, easy to refill. Almost no noise. I can't say enough good things about it. I highly recommend!! Read more

UPDATE, They seen my review and offered a full refund so I've added a extra star. The unit works pretty well but the 180° spinning feature for the mist tube locked up and started clicking after just 19 hours of running and now the mist tube doesn't spin anymore. I aligned the arrows for the tube as instructed during setup and everything and the rotate feature still broke/stopped working within 24 hours. This was pretty disappointing for a $200 unit and that's why I can't give more than 3 stars as returning the bulky unit in my area would be a pain and an would take an hour worth of driving to have it shipped back. By all accounts this unit functioned and looked really nice. However, within a few days I noticed that my plants that were around this unit looked limp/weird - which was strange because the plants should've been thriving with the extra moisture. And there was unusual dust ALL over the main floor of the house, dust everywhere and it was really thick. So I dusted, but the next day everything was dusty again. Then my husband noticed that our gas stove flames were a different color... After much investigation we found out the gas flame color change was because there were minerals in the air from this humidifier. We have filtered water but for some reason this humidifier doesn't have any internal filters or center that attracts/disposes of minerals like every other humidifier we've had in the past. And the "dust" was actually minerals in the air, which probably isn't good for breathing, but I'm not sure. Honestly I'm shocked that these types of units would be sold, or at minimum if they're sold there should be some type of warning that this could happen. I'm still shaking my head about this. We bought a replacement that doesn't look as designer/cool yet isn't blowing minerals into the air and throughout my house. Read more

We desperately needed a whole house humidifier for the dry winter months. We are unable to add one to our HVAC system and have been using three 2.5 gallon humidifiers for the last few years. One of them quit so I went shopping. I ordered one of these and wow! Read the entire list of features, like setting the humidity level which means the unit turns on and off automatically, preventing the area from getting too humid. Lots of customization settings. Being on wheels, it’s easy to move it to the sink for refilling. I’m adding a refill hose under the sink to refill it in a matter of minutes. So I ordered a second one for upstairs and won’t be using the old ones anymore. Read more
