The media could not be loaded. I got this and immediately fell in love with it! The cooker does so much and cleans really easily... Until it doesn't. Here I thought I somehow tripped the circuit in the kitchen, go down and reset everything but it turns out the cooker just won't turn on. I tried my hardest to follow all instructions for cooking and cleaning and it was loved for those 5 months. But now I have a meal in a cooker that won't even power on. And of course it's past the return window. So sad. So after posting my original 2 star review (unedited above), the seller reached out and happily offered me a refund, but honestly, I loved the product. I asked for a replacement instead and they were happy to do so. They shipped it right away, during the holidays, and followed up immediately. The customer service was courteous, kind and prompt. Nice shape easy to us but yet again the pot gets too hot on 1 side causing it to stick or burn. Every time the right side too hot. The last two I've purchased different makes do the same. Do not recommend this. Even controls do not give you enough to operate the temps. Very disapointed. Read more

I really like these for serving out of my crock pot. I don’t use them for cooking - I think they get in the way a bit, though they do transmit heat well, if a bit more slowly at the beginning. However, for serving mashed potatoes and gravy, or stuffing and potatoes, these are well worth the price. I only use them for serving at large family gatherings, and I’m still glad I bought them. I’ve used this twice since purchasing, both times put it on slow cook. Both times after being on 6 hrs and the potatoes that were cut up in tiny pieces aren’t done. I had to put on manual to get them done 2 hrs later. Spending 138.00 on this product was a rip off!! It’s 10 days pass the day for me to return it, me thinking I had more time to return it that I’d give it another use..bad decision on me. I wasted my money and got ripped off!!
