Can’t shut off the vibration with each mode. Only in “Cool” mode is there no vibration/stimulation. Fyi - vibration is like a tingly zap - like a TENS machine. Not nec relaxing but maybe it helps penetrate the pores -? And you can’t use it on your eye lids. Has an “Eye Care” mode but manual says it can’t be used on eye lids or “around the eyes (with the exception of Eye Care mode”. I’d planned to use this for skincare and also to treat dry eyes. Wish this was made clear in the Amz description. Sending it back. Seems pretty rudimentary for the price. Read more
