Update- 9/2025. The manufacturer contacted me after seeing the review and sent me a brand new product. Great customer service! I’m restoring it to 5 stars as this one seems to be working well. The one thing that isn’t great is that it doesn’t hold a charge long. So I usually have to recharge it each time I want to use it. Update- I changed it from 5 to 2 stars bc after 3 uses it doesn’t turn on. I turned it on and off about 20 times before it finally came on and I’m not holding my breath for it to keep turning on. Very frustrating! I’ve given it four stars bc I rarely look at the five star reviews. Most of those are from people who haven’t even used the product yet. I’ve used it twice and I’ll update in 4-6 weeks. The product came very nicely packaged. Nice to get something that wasn’t a cheap piece of plastic from China. It looks like the product pictured. There is a charging cord but not a charging block. It is USB. Most of my products are not USB anymore but I was lucky to have one floating around. It charged rather quickly. Directions are clear. (Another pleasant surprise) It is comfortable to wear unlike many of the reviews of the others. This is why I opted to pay more and I’m glad I did. It’s easy to slide a bit so you can move it on your face if you’re worried about too much red light in one spot. The eye protection is great. I’m glad it’s already attached to the mask. One less thing to fumble with. The cordless feature is great so you can move around and do things including watching tv, reading, or working on your computer. It has an automatic shutoff at 15 mins so you can overdue it if you happen to doze off. It has four colors for different skin. All seems to work well although I’ve only used the red light on my face. So far I have zero complaints. All bulbs are lit. I just don’t know if it will actually work. Tune in later to find out the results. Read more

I was very happy with this red light therapy mask, until after 2 months of use, it stopped holding a charge that lasted more than 10 minutes. I contacted the company for a repair or replacement. They sent me a replacement, no problem. The replacement I received was heavily used and covered with the previous owner’s makeup, absolutely filthy. Totally unacceptable. Read more

It's comfortable, lightweight, and easy to use. The different light modes help with various skin concerns; I've noticed my skin looks brighter and more even after a few weeks of use. It’s so comfortable and easy to use . I’ve been only using it for like a month so I don’t know the full result yet , but my skin feels softer and gets glowy after each use .
