They are bright! 5000K. I have had them installed for about a week or two. No issues. And no more annoying florescent ballast hum. These do not flicker or have any type of noise (so far). The aluminum rail does get a little warm to the touch. (it may be nice if the manufacturer could better insulate or provide better heat dissipation in the future?) They are lightweight and easy to install with one person. One clip will hold them but make sure the clip is fully seated to the ceiling or wall surface. (I did not use the provided screws). Also, make sure to plug power wire in all the way. After final positioning of the lights on the ceiling, I ran outlet boxes for a cleaner looking install and ease of changing the lights out if they were to fail. These lights were a huge improvement over the previous lighting and at a reduced wattage draw. I will be purchasing again. Read more
