I was skeptical of the low price but pleasantly surprised but the quality. It's been running everyday for a couple weeks now with no problem. Cools nicely and it's not terribly louder. Its a heavy unit, but manageable. For the price...you can't go wrong Read more
This was a welcomed addition to a very hot room. It was easy to set up and came with inserts to cover the opening in the window. The tube was just the right length to head the exhaust outside. There's a remote and it has multiple speeds and wind directions. We did have a minor incident with the condensation, as there's no gauge that tells you when it's full or whether it has liquid. We ended up getting a lot of water on the floor with the high humidity in the air in Southern CA. We headed to a big box home improvement store to find a drip pan, and they were quite expensive. So we ended up going to a local department store and purchasing a large plastic kitty litter box, and it's just the right size with a few inches on one end to keep an eye on things. This unit works well to gauge the temperature and then stick with that temp, but it is a bit noisy. I'm okay with that, as I'll take noise over staying too hot any day of the week. Read more
This is the perfect air conditioning unit for a small office or bedroom. I hooked it up to my window and was in business. It cooled the room in less than half an hour, and kept it at a very comfortable temperature for the entire duration I kept it running. The price is about right for a single room air conditioning unit. This is a temporary solution as it does require you to vent out a window. Read more
So far, so good. I purchased this unit as a quick fix, as our central air unit went down and needs replaced. This unit has been keeping my main floor cool for the better part of a very warm summer as saved us the extreme expense of replacing our central air unit this season. We expect to be back on central air next season, but in the mean time I have zero complaints about this unit. Read more

The media could not be loaded. This turned into a life saver when our A/C had to be repaired and was down for half a day in the Texas heat. It works extremely well and will cool a single room in 30 minutes. We have moved it to different rooms, including the garage while working out there and even in the bigger space, it made a huge difference in an hour. The window slide isn't the best and we had to cut 3 inches off of it to fit our windows. Also you will need duct tape to tape off the window to prevent bugs, debris, and warm outside air from getting in. Other than that it is great. It is reasonably priced against many other models I've looked at and hasn't had any issues. Read more
