Not so easy
This product is not as easy as they say. The transfer directly from computer to device does not work. The send anywhere option, sends your music to the downloads, not to the music storage like it should, making you have to go to downloads to listen to music, instead of in your music area! 2hrs going thru everything and now it's 2 hours lost, that I could of been doing something more productive! Waiting for support to get back to me. Stupid you have to wait days for them to get back to you, instead of being able to get help the day you need it. You get what you pay for I guess
The media could not be loaded. This player was decent... At first. My kids got them for Christmas 2025 it's Jan 2026. Less than a month old. Everything worked fine but Audible quit working and we couldn't update the app so we deleted and tried to reinstall but it just says pending for days. This didn't work so I tried to factory reset but there is no option to do that. We chose this player for the app access, specifically Audible and it's a bummer it isn't working. The Wi-Fi connection keeps dropping for no apparent reason as well. It's not our Internet access it's definitely an issue with the device. Hopefully we can get a refund and try again with a different device. Read more
