I am quite pleasantly surprised by this little adapter. I took a chance on it because it's 1/4 the price of the fruit brand adapter, but with additional capabilities. Having tested all the ports, here is a brief recap... All the ports were tested on my iPad Pro, and they all worked just fine. All of the USB ports functioned as they should, both USB-C and USB-A, no problems. The power port even charged the iPad while using the HDMI line out to a TV, with no issues. The two SD card slots were perfectly as they should. I like having the extra length on the cord, which allows the user to position the hub to get the best use out of it. I ran all the same tests on a Windows 11 laptop, and all the ports ran media appropriately. There was an ever-so-slight warmth to the hub while in operation, but this is quite normal and is not a malfunction. This USB-C hub works perfectly and adds a lot of functionality to my laptop. It gives me HDMI, multiple USB ports, SD/TF card readers, AUX, and fast charging all in one compact device. The 4K HDMI output looks great on an external monitor and works smoothly for both work and entertainment. I got this in the color Purplish Pink and absolutely love it. I got this manly that I can use headphones/earbuds when charging and it works quite well. Just one gripe I have is that the cord on it bends at a weird angle. But otherwise love it. I can use my charger cords and magnetic tips with this. It’s the Statik Pro. I would buy this again. I got this when my laptop fried a USB-3 port and was left with only one. I bought this and was a bit afraid to configure it the way I did, but it worked out beautifully. My laptop charge cord is USB-C so of course so is the port. This hub has a USB-C cord and also has a USB-C PD port for charging. It is a bit unintuitive, but I plug the charge cord into the USB-C PD port, and then plug the hub USB-C port into the charge port. I can use ALL the other ports on this hub as input hub to my laptop. I purchased this hub in December 2024 and it worked great for a couple of months until one of the USB-C ports stopped transmitting data and only power. This resulted in the webcam that I had plugged into that port no longer working. Fortunately, the other USB-C port was still functional so I swapped over to that. I am giving a one star review because I now have a USB hub that is defective after ~2 months of use and I have no idea how to get in touch with the manufacturer to make this right. I use this adapter with my android, my gopro camera, my desktop, my headphones, and most thing I've used it for is to adapt a microphone to anything I want basically, it has every port I need and works great. only thing it doesn't have is a micro usb or lightning ports but I use android a15 so do t need those.
