I bought this mainly for travel and used it just this week on a hotel bed with my 14.6" S9 Ultra tablet. It worked like a charm! It is easily adjustable, and as long as you place the legs properly, virtually untippable. It also worked great on the end of the bed while I sat in a chair, using the bed like an ottoman. I particularly like that it allowed me to move my legs around comfortably and that I could easily adjust the angle of my tablet for viewing, and even rotate it 180 degrees to accommodate the direction of the AC outlet. It fit nicely in my 17.5 x 15.7 x 8 inch tote bag with the neck upright, allowing me plenty of room to tuck in my cosmetic bags, gadget bag, sleep sound alarm clock and such. It's nice to lay back in bed and enjoy my I pad with out holding on to it. It is a little top heavy if you leave the fold out protector from the I pad on. Works great as a table top holder. Price a little high but does the Job. Read more

I'm working my way to be featured on the hit TLC TV series "My 600 lb Life" and this contraption is helping me immensely with that goal. Long have I struggled to find something that would hold my nintendo switch while I reclined in bed. I've had floor mount and goose neck tablet mounts. Yet, those options were never quite comfortable. I'd always have to crane my neck because they were limited on where they could be placed or how they could be moved. This holder is nice because the legs are sturdy, but easily adjustable. It can sit directly over my lap without feeling as if it's going to tip over at any moment. The part that holds the tablet/phone/switch has a high range in which it can swivel, so I'm not having to mess with it too much to find the perfect position. Now, I paid about $40 for it. Do I think it's worth that amount? Eh.... Not really. But desperate times call for desperate measures. I'm not going to gain mass by expending calories constantly adjusting the other stands I have. If you're looking for something to hold your device while relaxing, but isn't affixed to anything and can easily be moved, then by all means get this stand. I have been using a different type of device holder for a couple of years because of issues with my neck. That one holds my iPad and Kindle but has a tendency to let go and the device drops. I thought this one would be much better, and in one way, it does. It holds the device very securely. But the legs don’t stay in the position that you put them in. They gradually lose their hold and flatten out, and your device slowly sinks. I wish a company would make a device holder that is a mixture of both this and my original holder. But this one is being returned, if Amazon will take it. Read more
