I have demagraphia and am sensitive to pressure, especially on the pisiform bone which is the knobby bone by your pinky. While the Medium should have fit based on measurements, I agree with others that the sleeve where your arm goes through is too tight and you will likely need a size bigger. Unfortunately the company has a no returns policy. As I already bought this and needed something immediately to protect my broken radius bone after the stitches came out I altered it by using scissors to remove the stitching between the inner sleeve lining and the brace. I left the opposite side intact to lay it back down over my wrist but beneath the straps as cushioning. Read more

The straps are super long and get caught on everything. I recently broken my wrist and purchased this for once the cast was removed. It's to big and when I make it work the straps hang. Regret not having and option to rectify this problem. Read more
