This eucalyptus castile soap is exactly what I look for in a daily bar. The scent is fresh and invigorating without being overpowering, and it feels especially nice in the morning or after a long day. The lather is gentle but effective, leaving my skin clean and comfortable instead of dry or tight. You can really tell it’s made with quality oils and real essential oils, not artificial fragrances. I also appreciate how clean and transparent the ingredients are. Knowing it’s vegan, cold processed, and made with mostly organic, fair-trade oils gives me confidence in what I’m using on my skin. The bar lasts well and feels thoughtfully made, not mass-produced. If you like simple, natural soaps with a refreshing scent, this one is a great choice. Read more

I’m new to using handmade soaps made with natural ingredients, and I’m glad I chose this one. I love the scent of eucalyptus, and when the box is opened, the fragrance hits right away - it smells great. Once it’s rubbed onto my exfoliating washcloth, it creates a rich, thick lather, with the eucalyptus scent becoming milder and still very pleasant. I actually wouldn’t mind if the scent were a little stronger while using it. I’d love to walk into my bathroom and catch a subtle smell of eucalyptus in the air, like when fresh branches hang in the shower. Ahhhhh. There’s still a nice hint of that scent while showering, though, and the soap left my skin feeling “clean and shiny,” as my son used to say when he was little. There’s no film or that unpleasant squeaky feeling afterward. I have dry skin, and this soap , especially the next day, made it look better. I'm used to seeing scaly shins the following day if I skip lotion. Instead, my skin looked normal and hydrated. Huh! I’ve been using “moisturizing” bath soaps for years and haven’t seen results like this without lotion. I also noticed something funny: when I got a whiff of my regular soap (the one with the cooing bird), it suddenly smelled artificial. After only a short time with this natural soap, my usual brand hits totally different. So I’m sold. This natural soap seems better for my skin, which looks and feels less dry. One of those “I was today years old when I realized…” moments! Read more

I'm very pleased with this soap. I like castile soaps, and this is a good one. Lathers well, rinses clean, and isn't over-scented. I'm going to try some of the other scents of these Adams soaps, as I appreciate the company's ethics. I checked out their website and they only seem to sell wholesale, so I'll probably be buying some more here once these bars are gone )(it comes in around 10 different scents). Recommended, especially if you've never used castile soap before -- you don't know what you're missing! Read more

This eucalyptus castile soap smells great and makes my whole shower feel more refreshing. The scent is clean and uplifting without smelling fake or overly perfumey, and it fades nicely after use. It also feels like it really cleans well. The lather is nice and not too heavy, and my skin feels fresh and rinsed clean afterward without that tight, stripped feeling. I like that it uses simple ingredients and essential oils instead of synthetic fragrances. Overall, it is a solid everyday bar soap with a great scent and a clean feel. Read more

These handmade bars of soap smell nice and fresh! I love that these were made with natural ingredients and essential oils. The eucalyptus smell is just the right strength. Not too overpowering. The soap is very gentle on my skin, and cleans well. It is also moisturizing. I love that this soap is sulfate free, paraben free, palm free, cruelty free, vegan, and non-GMO. I’ve been actively trying to stay away from soaps and shampoos/conditioners with sulfates and parabens in them, so I was excited when I saw this soap. I also like that this soap has no additives or synthetic fragrances. Because of all these great qualities, not only is this soap safer for your skin, but also for the environment! An added perk is that it’s made in the USA. These bars of soap seem like they will last a long time! I am very happy with this. Read more

I got this soap because it's vegan and cruelty-free. I'm also trying to be more environmentally friendly with my products — bar soaps are easier to transport because they weigh less than products diluted with water, and they require fewer preservatives. These bars come in boxes instead of plastic wrap, which I was very happy about. The bar is a standard castile soap. It's not melty at hot temperatures, but it's very slippery and benefits from a soap saver. It doesn't suds much but it cleanses very well. It can be drying for some people's skin but works great for oily skin. The eucalyptus scent is refreshing and you only smell it while you use the bar; it doesn't linger on your skin, which I prefer. Overall, it's great soap and I'd recommend it. Note: The box has a stamp that says Palm-free. The first ingredient of this soap is Fair Trade palm oil. Read more

This soap has a refreshing scent from eucalyptus essential oil, which I like for morning and evening use. The lather is rich and hydrating due to its plant-based oils like coconut and olive. It is made with pure essential oils rather than synthetic fragrances. The cold-process method used in making it preserves natural nutrients, and it is both vegan and cruelty-free. I find that it cleans thoroughly without irritating my skin or causing dryness. This makes it suitable for daily use on all skin types. Another important point is that it contains 84% organic ingredients and uses fair trade oils. There are no artificial colors or chemical additives, ensuring a clean ingredient list. Overall, this soap has good value considering its quality and ethical production methods. Read more
