It’s great! It’s comfortable. Easy to adjust to a secure fit for my petite frame. It’s very easy to adjust the weights. Appears well made. Easy to adjust the weight of the vest
I am 64 so i got this vest to wear when walking. It is easy to put on and i love that the weight is adjustable. There are small bags in each pocket on the front and back of vest. You just remove as many of the weight bags as you want to adjust. I took about half of them out when i started wearing. As i get accustomed to the weight I can add more weight bags to the vest. This weighted vest is made well and feels sturdy when on. I like the comfortable fit and swapping the weights in and out is simple. The only downside is the design; it's a bit of a hassle to pull over your head each time, and the belt tends to slip out of the holder, so I have to re-thread it with every use.
