Just received this today and I can already tell the fit is much better than other vests I’ve tried. The adjustable waist makes the weight evenly distributed on the body so it doesn’t just hang on my shoulders causing neck pain. I do wish I could get more weights to add to it as the 12 lbs seems a bit light for me. The material seems like a good quality and the Velcro is strong. Read more

I previously tried 3 different styles and this was by far The Most Comfortable ‼️ I have a Scoliosis and because of the style, it actually lays flat against the back and does Not irritate but rather provides comfort to winged Scapula blades.
