I purchased this sweater as a birthday present for my granddaughter. The seller, after the item was shipped, notified me immediately that it had been lost in transit and immediately took steps to send another. Thanks to this effort the sweater reached me in time for my granddaughter's birthday. She put it on after opening her package and wore her new sweater the entire day.
