I dont know why they call it an air conditioner. Its a fan. Adding ice/ice water doesn't change the temp of air blowing out nor does it "drastically change" the temp of the room you're trying to cool. This fan works fine. Not overly powerful. The marketing is deceptive - it’s advertised as portable but doesn’t have battery function so it has to be plugged in. Obviously you can bring a portable charger and power it from that but still not as advertised. Read more
