Has intermittent electrical failure

First of all I returned the first one, thinking it was a fluke defective product, but no the replacement, wouldn't work, it flashed an erratic red light just like the first one.. The crazy thing is if you plug it in & unplug it like 6 or 7 times then press the green button on the remote then it works... very annoying & time consuming. I don't us it that much, but when I have a hot flash I don't mind fiddling with it because I just need cool air ASAP. I'm too tired of sending things back even tho it's a total pain in the butt! I figured out how to make it work... Read more
