JUNK!!! 0 stars. Customer service is non existent. Worked well for three weeks, after that nothing but troubles with it. It smells bad, makes frying/sizzling and electrical snap noises constantly. It gets so loud have to turn it off to get to sleep. We have cleaned it and followed all the troubleshooting directions, nothing helps. We have called the company, left messages, texts and emails with no help at all. I purchased airdog x8 over another because it was a USA company, what a mistake. I love the whole concept. You still have to buy a filter but much cheaper since the filter last a long time. I m asking to return, my whole family got a headache and there’s not much information on this product or reviews. Only telling you off my experience, that we all got a headache and noticed a strange smell. We had to open the windows from the little amount of information I believe it cause of ozone even though it was certified by CRAB or whatever it’s called from California about toxins and that it produces very very very little ozone.
