Ok if you are wearing good cushioned shoes
Not as much cushion as their other version but gets the job done. Read more

Works just fine. I also wore compression socks, so I can’t say that it alone lessened the my heel pain. It was wider than I expected. I was able to use in my 5.5 size On shoes but not in my 5.5 ASICS. Read more

Design has changed cause blisters
Design has changed from previous. I have bought these insoles for years to wear in my work shoes and at home. I am on my feet all day as I work in healthcare. They have changed how they are made with more rigid plastic in all the wrong spots. After one day of wear I have a very painful blister on the heel of my foot. I have never had this happen with either this brand of insole or others. Read more
