Wow, very comfortable, feels like jello. I have severe plantar fastitis and is on my feet all day, these helped with the pain so much, and my heels dont ache like they usually do by the end of the day. These are very supportive and easy to install in your shoes. It helped me with heel pain due to being a hairstylist on my feet 10 hours a day. I've used them now 2 days since they arrived and I feel much better without that nagging heel pain in my foot. They're well made. Get the correct size based on your shoe size. This product is durable, great value for your money, easy to use, but the problem my head was weird. It tapers down it just drops off at the end and her a painful ridge for me but I very tender feet. Read more
I have a spur on my heel, which is absurdly painful. Being in the trades, I average 16,000 - 18,000 steps per day. The spur makes every step painful. I tried these heel pads and they're amazing. There's still some pain from the spur, but these pads have reduced the pain by 90%, at least. I can get through my day with relative ease now. I'm curious how long they'll last. Even if they only last a couple of months, they're reasonably priced and worth buying again until I can figure out a solution with my doctor. I can't speak for any of the other ailments these claim to help, but as for spurs, they definitely work. Customer service was very good. They followed up a few days after the purchase to see how things were going. It was an automated e-mail but I appreciate the effort. These heel pads are good for heel pain. They're of decent quality for the price and help with arch support. They do slip in the shoe so the fit is sometimes off. Read more
