The Lemonade flavor of Alani is such a win, crisp, tangy, and super refreshing without being too sweet. I love starting my mornings with one before my Peloton ride. It gives me just the right boost of energy to power through my workout and start the day feeling focused and upbeat. It does have a high caffeine content, so it might be a bit much for those who are sensitive, but I personally love the kick. Love the flavor, blends super well with water. I personally do about a 3/4 scoop so I don’t get the itch from the beta. No stomach pain at all, and I get good energy for my workouts. I usually get the bucked up brand for pre workout but they discontinued or I just can’t find the caramel apple flavor.. to be honest I like this one WAY more. I have been using this for about 4-5 months now and I love the energy and extra pump it gives me. I was getting super tired and wasn’t feeling strong enough to workout after working out 4 times a week for about 2 months and I felt I needed an extra push. The energy drinks wasn’t doing enough for me. After using this I noticed a big difference now 7 months in I’m able to workout 4 times a week for an hour and I feel amazing and energized.
