Disappears into skin quickly, feels like nothing, looks like nothing (no white residue, streaks or discoloration). The fragrance free truly is. I reapply after a couple of hours or prolonged time in salt water even though I don't _feel_ like I need to (I'm not naturally pale) and have not had any burns since I started using Alba products, whereas before, I got occasional burns even from the better, former favorite, brands. I spent a lot of time looking for a sunscreen that followed my “rules” and this one fits them all! -30spf or better -cruelty free -reef safe -non comedogenic (won’t clog pores/cause breakouts) -dries clear -feels light -wears well under makeup -costs less than $20 After using it for about a week, I HIGHLY recommend this sunscreen. I don’t often leave reviews but this product deserves some love! I got this specifically to use in my face but now I’m spraying it on my arms and chest too since it is not overly expensive. One thing I’d recommend is to follow the instructions on the label to first spray the product onto your hands and then apply to the face. It has a very strong fume of alcohol but dries very quickly. I overapplied the first time I wore it and it burned my eyes—especially when I worked out and got sweaty!😅 I wore less the next day and was careful to avoid the skin around my eyes and have not had any further problems. It also mildly tingles/burns my skin when I first apply but I think it’s because I have very sensitive skin—it does not make me red and the discomfort goes away within a few seconds. Love this sunscreen but the last two times we have bought this off amazon, the sprayer only works one time before it breaks and does not spray anymore. It’s incredibly frustrating to spend money on a cleaner product and not be able to use it since the sprayer is not dependable. We have two full bottles that are unusable because it won’t spray. This is one of the best sensitive sunscreens that I have used. This sunscreen works well and does not irritate my skin at all. The smell is not over powering at it protect me from sunscreen well. I recommend this product because it is all I use year round. Read more

Alba makes wonderful products including their Botanica Sensitive Sunscreen. The spray is especially easy and convenient to apply. However, the product I received has an expiration date of May 2026. That is only four months from when I ordered it through Amazon in January 2026. This is not good. Read more

This has become my go-to sunscreen, especially for days when I’m in and out of the sun and need quick, reliable coverage. The spray goes on light and even, no thick, sticky feeling or weird white cast. I have sensitive skin and usually react to sunscreens with fragrance or heavy ingredients, but this one has not caused any irritation. I buy this every year. It is my favorite sunscreen for keeping sunburn at bay. I even tested it on the back of my neck and shoulders under the hot Florida sun and ended up with no burn (and even a bit of a tan!) it has a light, pleasant scent and doesn’t make my skin feel sticky. Read more
