A pair of trendy, cute earrings for under $10? These are a good value for that for sure. I don't think they are the sterling silver they claim to be though. Maybe they are plated?? I am not sure, but I would not expect these to last me forever like most sterling silver. So I did take off a star because I don't think they will have forever durability with just polishing like actually sterling silver would. I WILL wear them like costume jewelry and won't get then wet and I would expect I will get $10 worth of wear out if them. This is the perfect amount of dangle size wise for everyday for me or from day to night. They can be dresses up or dressed down. I feel like I can wear them with anything which is nice. The are comfortable with a not too heavy weight at all. They have a hook hanger with a back that closes on it which is my favorite kind of closure for a dangle earring because no worry about them falling out. As long as the durability of that hook and closure holds predict I could keep wearing them. And although I think the hammered horizontal pattern is pretty,as long as they last me a couple seasons I will think they were worth the price. Just be warned I don't think these will last as the sterling silver they are advertised to be. If you don't get them wet and are gentle opening and closing them they should be durable enough for 2-3 seasons and they are pretty. These are cute, basic earrings that add some style. The quality seems pretty good. For me personally, they are a little on the smaller side, but for most people, they are probably a good sized earring. They have a nice texture to them and are pretty visible no matter what you are wearing. I wear my hair down a lot, but with the motion of your hair these show quite well. They are a little smaller than I thought they were going to be, but they still work. I like that the claps close up over the back of your ear so that you don't have to have a separate piece to keep it on your ear. I tend to drop those or lose them so one piece is appreciated. These didn't come in any fancy kind of packaging, but they arrived in good shape. Although these are not my new favorite earrings or anything, I've already worn them a couple of times and they fit comfortably and are easy to wear.
