Excellent paring knife, I leave it on my kitchen cutting board and it gets used for all cutting tasks all day, every day. Pleasing shape and balance. I use a Zwilling hone to keep it razor sharp. I've been an All-Clad fan ever since buying my current cookware 25 years ago, both the cookware and this paring knife have a practical quality that you can feel as soon as you pick them up. This is a beautiful cutting board and I can tell the quality is high. I though I was going to need a larger board, but the size is just right for cutting up to a large roast. I love the groove around the board to capture any juices or liquids and avoid getting on the counter. The texture and strength of the board is amazing - I believe it's going to last a long time.
