The media could not be loaded. I really liked this steam cleaner! It comes with a variety of attachments, which makes it very versatile. The unit itself is compact and doesn’t take up much space, but it holds a surprisingly large amount of water. One full tank was enough for me to clean the entire kitchen and all the doors in my home. It’s very easy and convenient to use. I had a different steam cleaner before, but it didn’t quite meet my needs, so I returned it. This one works much better for me. I loved this steam cleaner. It’s easy to use, fills quickly, and heats up fast. It comes with plenty of accessories for cleaning floors, bathrooms, kitchens, windows, and more. What I liked the most is the wheeled base, which makes it super easy to move around, and the shoulder strap, which is great for reaching higher areas or moving freely. It’s lightweight and very comfortable to carry. It also includes a heat-protection glove for added safety. I was impressed by how powerful it is and how well it cleans without using chemicals. There are some things I really like about this steamer, but there are a few things I'm not thrilled about. Seeing as you are supposed to end things on a positve note, I will start with the cons. The electrical cord is pretty short. It is just shy of 10 feet which is fine if you are working in a small space. If you are working on a floor, it's way too short. It comes with a rolling base, but when you only have a 10ish foot cord, what is the point of the rolling base? You can always use an extension cord, but a longer cord would have made more sense. According to the user's manual, there is supposed to be a light that changes color to let you know when the steamer is ready. Mine did not have this light. I'm not sure if the light was discontinued or if mine was just broken, but the only way to tell if it is ready is to pull the trigger. If it's ready you get steam, if it's not you get squirts of water. It's not a big deal, but it would be more convenient to know when it is ready. My last con is the shoulder strap. It says you can carry it around (all of 10 ish feet without an extension cord), but the machine gets pretty warm, and I would be concerned about carrying it for any length of time. The shoulder strap is nice, but not very practical, in my humble opinion. Those are the things I wasn't thrilled with. We just moved, and the house needs some serious cleaning. This machine comes with a plethora of attachments which makes it very versatile for all of our cleaning needs (or at least a lot of them). I have a lot of tile floors, so having the mop head attachment and 2 reusable (machine washable) pads is great! I used one of the brushes to clean the utility sink. The steamer with the brush basically loosened the dirt, and then I wiped it off with a rag. It made the job much easier, and I didn't need any harsh chemicals. I also used the same brush attachment on the grout. This is where I got excited. I was going to have to pay a professional company to come clean all of my grout which was going to cost me over $200 for just 400 sq ft. This little machine cleaned the grout very nicely and with little effort. I used the wand extensions so I don't have to break my back. I just use the brush attachment and let the steam do all the work. Once the dirt is loose, all I have to do it wipe it up. YIPPEEEEE! I haven't used any of the other attachments yet, but I'm sure I will use them all. I gave this 4 stars, but my actual rating is more like 4.5 stars. Overall, I am pretty happy with this steamer, and I would recommend it, but make sure you have a heavy duty extension cord, and be prepared to guess if it's ready (unless yours comes with the ready light). That product exceeded my expectations, the idea is great, I used it for carpet cleaning, bathroom cleaning and stove and so far I am happy with a purchase . Everything looks much better. The set of tools and attachments is great, you can find for anything you want to clean. The device is easy to assemble and use. It is pretty lightweight and powerful. Started using it on daily basis. I love this steamer! It heats up fast, works great, and makes cleaning so much easier. The long nozzle and attachments help me reach spots like cabinets and sofas, and it really feels like everything is sanitized. Works but lacking the build quality I'd expect at this price point. The lever/button to turn on felt flimsy, and I was worried about how hot the outside of the unit was getting after 30ish minutes of use. I had no clue how much water was left while using (I expected the black on the sides to be a window showing the tank fill line, but it's just a decorative panel of plastic.) Instructions say to empty it out after using to prevent build-up but when I turned it upside-down after turning off to cool down, not a single drop came out... I find it hard to believe I happened to stop using the exact second it ran out of water (it's a very small port and I can't see the inside at all.) The steam is not super consistent. Sometimes it sputters and sometimes it's steady even steam. There is a light on the side that took a really long time to initially change to 'ready' but then it stayed ready for the full half hour, so I don't think it was that it wasn't hot enough, it just seemed to be the nozzle quality (or lack of?) The little wheelie stand it clicks into is a nice idea and rolls smoothly. But the cord is honestly not that long and the unit is so small that I don't feel like it's very necessary. Your movement range is limited more by the cord length. All that being said, it's suuuper satisfying using this to clean. I was blasting grime out of the grooves of 20+ year old appliances (clothes washer, dishwasher, oven) and they look sooo much better and finally feel truly clean. Forcing gunk out of grooves that I couldn't reach with harsher cleaners + scrub brushes has totally sold me on steam cleaners. I just don't know that I'd specifically recommend this one. Read more
