I recently tried the Alpine Swiss Leila Flare Leggings, and I am delighted with both comfort and style. The flattering crossover V waistband gives them a sleek look while providing a secure, comfortable fit that stays in place. The high-waisted design offers light tummy control and feels supportive without being restrictive. I found that they stayed up reasonably well and didnβt fold over or slip down while moving around or working out. However, my only main complaint is that they are a bit too long. I know itβs more of a boot-cut style with the bell bottoms, but these would be difficult to do cardio in and are better suited for yoga. The fabric is very soft and breathable, made from a 75% Nylon and 25% Spandex blend. They feel incredibly lightweight, and the matte finish gives a refined, high-end look and the material feels durable, moisture-wicking, and cool against the skin. The fabric holds its shape well, dries quickly, and so far hasnβt pilled. Iβm meticulous when washing these types of materials and typically wash them with other delicate materials and hang dry as well. The flare leg design is a stylish option; however, as mentioned, a 32-inch inseam is a bit long for me. However, it does offer a flattering look that elongates the legs. The bootcut style makes these leggings more suited to dressier looks when paired with heels, boots, and the appropriate coat and top. However, if you are tall, then these will work great for you. They definitely look and feel like premium activewear at a very reasonable price, making them an excellent value. I find it odd that they list the MSRP as $55 in multiple places, but, of course, itβs much lower. TBH, I do feel like these are a $55 pair of leggings, though. Read more

I love how snug these pants are but I do wish they had longer inseam options. Iβm only 5β5β and these felt short, especially after walking around a little and they lifted along my legs. Otherwise very well made and amazing fit! Read more

These Alpine Swiss leggings have a really great stretch to them. They are soft and have a really great flare to the bottom. The thighs are pretty tight until you've worn them a few hours. They are pretty flattering though. Read more

These Alpine Swiss Leila flare leggings are everything I wanted. It checks off just about everything I look for in leggings: - The material is soft and comfortable - The leggings are pretty stretchable too (especially for plus size ladies like myself) - Doesn't appear to be see-through at all, but then again, I haven't yet had my butt up in the air in yoga class yet, so we'll see. - They stay in place for the most part. I did some Shakira moves to test it out, and the leggings stayed high up on my waist as they should. - Great length, not too long, not too short. I am 5'5" by the way. - My thighs and butt look EXCELLENT in these. Long story short, these will officially be my Thanksgiving day leggings this year! Read more

These are so comfy, my favorite part is they donβt hold cat hair like a lot of leggings do. My only complaint is the legs are a bit too long for me, so I will have to hem them or they will drag on the ground. Read more

These Alpine Swiss Leila flares are some of the most comfortable leggings I've probably ever had!!! I put these on and immediately fell in love with the soft buttery texture and the super flattering shape they gave me! These accentuate all the right places and tuck in and flatten the tummy at the same time. They are super stretchy and lomg in the legs, I probably could have gotten away with going down a size. The charts accurate, I just normally order up, giving myself a little room, and I didn't need to on these. Im 5'7 and 158 lbs, got a L and easily could have worn a medium no problem. Everything about them is amazing though, honestly! I plan to order these again in different colors cause they really are the best yoga pants I've ever worn! They are so comfortable and really cute, I highly recommend these pants! Read more

I'm always on the lookout for good athleisure wear so I thought I would try these leggings from Alpine Swiss. I'm a size 8 and usually wear a Medium but based on the listed sizing I went with the Large--glad I did because they fit nicely. I haven't typically worn pants with the "v waist" but these fit comfortably and didn't ride down or show too much belly. The fabric itself is was a typical nylon/spandex blend that you find in workout gear, but these tend more toward the smooth and shiny side than a cottony/matte look. As listed in the description, these do have a strong flare at the bottom, so probably better for yoga or lounging and not necessarily running. I'm 5'6" and found the large to be a good length--not too short but also not dragging on the ground. Although I don't know that this style will make these my favorite, they are a very good quality pair at a reasonable price compared with some of the major brands. Read more

I've been wearing leggings for a long time, but this is my first pair of flare ones. They are very comfortable and they stay up, unlike some of the leggings I've worn in the past. My only problem is the length. I'm short, so I'm used to things being too long, but these are super long. I did, however, make it work. They wash well with no fading or shrinkage. I've washed mine several times, and they look and feel as good as they did out of the box. I'll definitely be ordering more. Read more
