Doesn't work at all. I was pretty hopeful that this should be a good quality product but I guess they don't even test these things at all before they send them out. It's going to be a big hassle packaging and sending this back as it is so large and heavy. I was wondering why these things are being priced so low, and now I guess I know why. We wanted a single-dial microwave, because most home microwaves have too many buttons and useless functions. This one is easy to use, just like we wanted. It's only an inch or so thicker in dimensions than a comparable home microwave. The lack of turntable is fine, because it heats from the bottom up and heats more evenly than a home microwave. I love the look and easy to use at home even though it's a commercial microwave. But during heating up the food is noisy and after time is done noise sound is still on about 40 seconds. I wish I returned the microwave before my return window ends. Our family stuck with this noisy microwave. I am getting used to the noise that I wished.
