Durability - if you squeeze a cup a lot, it will crack eventually, but why would you expend that effort? Ease of use - just fill it and drink. If you rinse it right afterward, you can use it again. (I usually forget, though) I don't use them for drinks with ice, but for milk and other refrigerated drinks they're great and don't have to be washed. Saves a lot of room in the dishwasher. One note: Cats can knock them over, especially when they are getting lose to empty. They are also easier to knock over than glasses, but then, I'm a klutz. All in all, VERY satisfied. Read more
