Good performance with a compact footprint. WARNING: poor packaging for consumers! Plastic bag covering the unit has the power cord in it inside a twisted knot of plastic. The plastic cover bag has a huge, thick knot hanging off the unit and that knotted section of bag has to be cut away without damaging the power cord that is hidden inside. Controls work well and it heats up rapidly, quietly and holds temp. accurately. Read more

Why Temperature LED Display Auto Turned Off?

This unit show the current room temperature on LED display, which is good. But why does it turn off the display automatically after running for about one minute? The room temperature should be stay there or can be set to on or off as a preference. There is also no customer service or support for the product. I'll return the heater if still not get the product support results. Read more
