I bought this topper for a guest room, full sized bed. Black Friday price reduction made the purchase a no brainer. I let it sit for 72 hours after unpackaged for it to retain full shape, as recommended. It opened to more than 2”, closer to 3”. A moderate off-gassing odor that did take the full 72 hours to dissipate. AND since it felt so nice just pressing on it by hand, then lying on it, and because it opened up to slightly larger than the full sized bed it was opening up on top of, I decided to try it out on my queen bed, knowing it wouldn’t be exactly large enough—but it worked! It’s only about 1.25” too narrow on either side, but the length is perfect. I have used it three nights now. It is so nice and supportive and comfortable at the same time. Literally “ahhhh” for my senior old low back. But alas, by 4-5 hours into a night’s sleep I am waking up very hot. It’s winter…I’m in the Northwest US. Current overnight Dec temperatures are in the 20’s, and my furnace is programmed to 65° at night. I can only image what the heat of this topper will be like in summer and late fall. I am keeping it, as its purpose is for a guest bed that is rarely used. This mattress topper is awesome except for becoming hot overnight—for me. For someone else it may be just right. EDITED: Out of curiosity I turned the topper over to see if it made any difference in being hot when I slept on it. Turning it over made a huge difference! Not hot on that side. Read more

bought this for my dorm room, it's firm but not hard as a rock, there's still enough squish to it. i find it to be quite comfortable, i've been sleeping on it for about a week now. mine was a little wider than my college issued twin xl mattress, but tbh it doesn't slide around much when i'm sleeping (and i move quite a bit in my sleep). it took about 3-4 hours to fully expand, and my sheets fit nice and tight over it and my mattress. i personally couldn't smell anything strong, really just the smell of the plastic air tight bag it came in but that went away when it was set out to expand. The only thing that I don't like about these is that they are a little bit expensive in my opinion, but honestly, if you're looking to soften your bed, it's worth the money. My son was always complaining that his mattress was too firm and that he never got good sleep, and I had already gotten him an egg crate foam topper which didn't really help, so I got him one of these, and now he never wants to get out of bed lol. These are great in that they don't flatten out over time like the traditional egg crate things. They keep their softness and elasticity (aka memory foam), and the memory foam technology is so much more dense than the traditional egg crate pads. In other words, you'd have to use 2 or 3 of the traditional egg crate foam pads to equal every one inch of a memory foam pad. Like I said, they may be more expensive than those cheap egg crate things, but they are soooo much better, and worth it. The difference between the two is like night and day. I personally have a 3-in memory foam topper on my bed and I could never go back to a regular mattress, never!!!! It's absolutely heavenly. Pair a memory foam topper with some quality sheets and a soft blanket, and you will think you've died and gone to heaven. ☁️👼🏼☁️ Read more

The media could not be loaded. [I got the 2 inch, Full sized- also the object in my vid is at least 10lb] I was worried it wouldn’t be firm/supportive enough, since I’m using another (fluffy) one on top of it, and I didn’t wanna sink into my bed too much. Pleasantly surprised by its quality, wouldn’t go out of my way to recommend it- but if someone wanted a cheap/good quality topper; I’d recommend it. No weird smells, damages, or issues with packaging/shipping. Instructions said pat to expand it, I just walked around on it with some socks for 10 min which worked pretty well. I’m a side sleeper & get hip+shoulder pain from my matress. Wanted my bed to feel like a cloud but needed a memory foam layer for support. After months of looking for a layered one, I decided to just buy 2 and got cheapest memory foam one I could find. Better quality than I expected. Firmness is around 6.5/10. Plus It looks thicker than 2 inches, if I didn’t know id guess it was 3. (The fluffy topper I got): [Cheer Collection Full Size Pillow Top Mattress Topper Extra Soft Rayon from Bamboo, Machine Washable] (LOVE it. Looked for months & 99% were bad quality, false advertising, and not Nearly as fluffy as their pics. It’s only been expanding 1hr and it’s already like a cloud, but also really thick & supportive. Just like the pics, if not better- if you’re looking for a fluffy topper, I’d def recommend it). Read more

Purchased this for a spare bedroom, family members stated that the mattress was quite firm. The 2” foam topper made all the difference. No more complaints of tossing and turning or sore hips and shoulders. Excellent value for the money. It’s holding up quite nicely. Considerably better than a standard mattress topper. I can’t say anyone has noted a ‘cooling effect’ but they don’t feel overheated while sleeping on it. Read more

So comfy but after a while started giving me back problems on my regular bed mattress because it was too squishy to sleep on regularly. However, when I put it in my futon for guests it is much better Read more

We bought an inexpensive twin mattress and it was a bit lumpy. This foam mattress pad is great. It cradles you while not being too flimsy or too firm. Fits well over the existing mattress as well. Read more
