My wrinkles are soft now and diminishing right before my eyes! The pillow is firm yet soft, and keeps its shape. I find it super comfortable. I have slept better on it compared to my normal pillows. Great quality and good value for the price. To add, I also use Medicube’s jelly collagen cream every night and Quia’s collagen face mask every 2 nights. I was afraid that it would be uncomfortable and it would take time to get used to it, but it was OK from the very beginning. The only problem that they don't include extra pillow cases. They sell them separately for the exorbitant price of USD20 for one unit. They should sell a set of at least 3 pillow cases and they don't have to be thick as the one, which is on the original pillow. They should be thin and big enough to put on the pillow with the original pillow case (not instead of it). That's why I am giving the pillow just 4 stars. I use my regular pillow cases with several pins, but they don't fit perfectly and there are creases, which, of course, is counterproductive as the pillow is supposed to prevent wrinkles. Read more
I chose this one because the description says silk pillowcase. This is NOT silk. They might have woven a strand or two into it but this case is synthetic for sure, it felt like sleeping on plastic. Every time I lifted my head I had to peel my face off that pillow case. Absolutely hated that. I sleep on silk pillowcases and I’m shocked they try to pass this off as one. And it’s not like I can just buy another pillow case for it, it’s this one or nothing. The shape also doesn’t work for side sleeping for me. The smaller bottom “arms” press into my neck if my face is up high enough to take advantage of that empty space to not squash it up, so I felt like it was pressing on my carotid artery and I couldn’t relax. I threw it on the floor after less than an hour. And now I’m sure they won’t take it back so I’m left with this weird pillow with a plastic pillow case. Well, I tried to give it a fair shot but it’s so stiff and so thick, zero fluff, zero softness. It just does nothing but bend my neck up no matter how I try to sleep. In fact gives me a headache just thinking about sleeping on it. If you’re a large man with a with big shoulders and a long neck, it might work for you if you like a hard pillow. I’m a petite woman.
