Because sometimes you get those bigger lemons that a normal sized squeezer would have a hard time doing but this one doesn’t struggle at all! It’s comfortable in your hands. The AMZCHEF Stainless Steel Lemon Squeezer is nicely made. The halves are large enough that most oranges would fit. I use it to squeeze lemons, and it is plenty big enough for that task. The halves press together closely, allowing it to extract most of the juice, though I noticed at the edges of my test lemon that it was not all the way squeezed. Overall, it did a pretty good job getting the juice out. The handles are long enough to give you good leverage, making it easier to squeeze the lemon firmly. I know at least one reviewer had concerns about the strength of the hinge pin, but to me, it seems very durable. The squeezer is constructed from two stainless halves held together with the hinge pin. The half with the large strainer cup is made from cast stainless steel, and the handle seems sealed. The half that has the compression piston seems to be stamped from stainless steel sheet stock, making the handle hollow. When you wash it, a full tablespoon of water gets trapped in the handle. You must be diligent to drain the water out of the handle. Otherwise, you will end up with a puddle in your kitchen drawer when you put it away, mistakenly thinking it is dry. It is a bit annoying to have to remember this, and I wish they had avoided this design issue. Overall, it is a good juicer that does the does the job and it is easy to use and clean. My friend (randomly) brought to me a whole box of limes - an entire box. I don't really know what to do with an entire box of limes, so I figured why not just squeeze them into juice before they expire? That turned out to be a spectacular idea! Now I have a gallon of lime juice to add to drinks, recipes (fajitas), or pour in a glass with sparkling water and a drop of sucralose to make my own citrus drink. my partner DEMANDED I get this for him one day.. I mean.. ok.. so I did. he raved about it, super good weight and great size, ain't one of those super tiny ones. I personally tried it last weekend - trying to juice a lemon for baking and it DOES work amazingly. Just be sure to squeeze and turn it around to get ALL them juices. the handles are comfortable and don't hurt the fingers when you squeeze them hard. 100% recommend! Read more

i love this! i had another lemon squeezer before that was painted and eventually the paint started peeling off and getting into the lemon juice. that would never be an issue with this one because its not painted. it is high quality and gets all of the juice out without any issues. i dont think theres a better squeezer than this. i would definitely recommend it Read more

A lot bigger than I was expecting. Not a bad thing it holds a whole half an orange easily. Lemons and limes are nothing for this bad boy. Has plenty of holes for juice drainage. All in all a great squeezer. 5 stars from me Read more
