I purchased this blender in February. I make a protein smoothie every morning with fruits and veggies added so I needed something powerful and this blender did not disappoint. However, I had an issue with the blender jar which made it unusable. I reached out to the manufacturer and they are sending me a replacement blender. This AMZCHEF Smoothie Blender is simply wonderful. Like no other blender I have purchased, it actually turns veggies into a liquid drink. It is perfect for people who have gastroparesis or other issues and can not eat their vegetables. I will recommend this product to all my friends and to my doctor. The price is very affordable especially when compared to the cost of a Vitamix. Thank you, CJ Just a few days after writing this review - my blender stopped working! We followed the written instructions carefully. I would not work at all. We contacted the support team, gave them all the information they needed. We were requested to give them $5 to speak with a technician and wanted us to give them our credit card information. The blender is only 3.5 months old and was used only 2 minutes every other day. It was purchased February 14, 2025 it stopped working today May 22, 2025. We can not return it after March 17, 2025! I will not pay and give them my credit card to fix something that is only 3 months old. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT! Read more

This is a heavy duty blender.One of the nice things is how the lid works. It doesn't snap in, it sort of squeezes on and fits tightly. It doesn't take a lot of effort to get it off.
