I’ve used several different bidets, and finally decided to get my own and buy this one. As everyone else is stating, the instructions aren’t the best, and one of the adapters it comes with doesn’t even fit my pipes. I had to go to the store and buy a different fitting to fit the hoses. And they’re very susceptible to leaking. I was excited once I finally got everything hooked up, after flooding my bathroom. Only to use it, and it’s hitting all the wrong spots. The female setting is completely off mark. And I love good water pressure, but if you don’t get lined up correctly, which I’ve already stated is difficult, be prepared for water to go everywhere. It doesn’t make it easy for you to turn down the pressure. And what’s that first setting? It just runs the water? The water doesn’t touch you at all in that setting. Read more

This is a cheap product that is made from cheap plastic. Leaked as soon as it was hooked up, dial for desired spray didn't work and spray nozzle wouldn't come down and spray at all. I immediately removed and boxed back up for return. If it leaks now what happens when nobody's home and it decides to start leaking? Bathroom full of water. I'll be buying a better brand for sure!!
