Here’s what you may like to know: * the pockets are nice and deep and gathered at the edge. * the sides of the bottom of the skirt are also gathered in, and I love the look of it. * I ordered a size medium. For reference, I am 5 foot two, approximately 115 pounds. I was hoping for a dropped waste for comfort and because I just don’t like things tight up around my waist. The medium is perfect. I am able to pull the skirt down just below my belly button, without it being too long. BOTTOM LINE: I love the fit and style of the skirt! This is a great casual skirt! I weigh 116 and I’m 5’3. The small is a tad too big, but I love it anyways. I’m back to order more. What I like about this skirt is the thick material, comfort, easy washability and travels great folded in a suitcase. If you’ve been sitting in it for a while, it does not get all out of shape. I have worn it with tennis shoes and sandals. I’m a heels girl, but think this is too casual for anything fancy. I am in my 50s and dress modestly and I think this will be my favorite thing this summer. But I really think it will be good for the colder months with any boot.
