Started using when our child was 10 months to now, 15 months. We've been practicing EC somewhat regularly from 1 month old. For anyone else doing or considering EC-- we skipped having sitting on a kids potty to this since waste going directly into a toilet means less clean up! Within 2 weeks of using it the inner plastic pee guard started to peel, but it's been 5 months now and this seat hasn't deteriorated more. We love that its a bit more padded, although it has always left a slight red outline of the seat's inner rim on our child's bottom. It doesn't seem to be too uncomfortable though-- we read books on the potty and the toddler seems fine to sit for ~10 minutes at a time. Doesn't slip around once you get the installation setting right and the handles are a great touch both in real function and for our toddler to be silly with. Read more

The design is unique. The seat has two arms underneath that you can adjust to grip the sides of your toilet seat. Between these arms and a plastic lip on the front face, this design means the potty sits very securely on your toilet seat. My toddler can climb on and off without the potty seat shifting at all. I think he feels more confident using it independently as a result. I was initially a bit worried about how hard it would be to clean, but it has been pretty easy. The soft blue seat cushion removes completely from the plastic base so you can easily wash it. And, so far, the underside doesn’t seem to get much splash back. This is a chunky seat, so not the best option for traveling light. But, we have brought it with us on short road trips and trips to the grandparents house. I may end up buying another to just leave at my mother-in-laws house all the time. Read more

I have had this for a few months and definitely is the best purchase for boys. I had bought two other seats before and they both trapped pee or had useless splash guards . This one is perfect . Easy to clean, sturdy and comfortable . My toddler can easily grab it off the hook and place it on the toilet all by themselves, which makes them feel so independent. Read more

This seat is one of the best I have tried and I have tried a lot of brands. This one is so much easier to keep clean than other types. The design makes it so drips don’t get into the innards of the seat. The blue piece will come completely off so you can clean all the parts separately. This has a splash bar included that you can use if you have a boy. It has been great and works perfectly. There is a tension bar to extend to brace the seat tight in place so it won’t slip. This is very strong and I have not had to readjust since positioning. This is a very comfortable design according to my son. The positioning is comfortable as well as the way the seat feels when he sits on it. Would highly recommend this seat. Read more

Very sturdy but also lightly cushioned for comfort. The handles don't come out very far so definitely good to keep an eye on the kiddos when in use. It's easy to clean, I haven't had to scrub it yet thankfully, everything just comes off with some soap and water. It's easy to adjust to the seat and comes off easily in case you don't have multiple toilets. It's also lightweight so you can take it for travel for consistency. This is a great option if your kids don't like the small kid potties like mine. Read more
