The suction cup on this arm is excellent. I've been using it for a few months and it stays exactly where I. put during the install. It holds my phone with little vibration because I attached it to the lower left windshield and let the arm rest on the dashboard. Excellent quality. Read more

Bought this to replace my old dash mount that broke. I wasn't sure that I would like the windshield mount (I have it in the drivers edge of my windshield, most natural for me) but it fits well and feels like my old one. The neck is sturdy, maybe too so, as you really have to manipulate it to get it into place. I have a large iPhone 6S in a big case and it has a tight enough grip to hold it without me being concerned about it slipping out. Two complaints though: one is that it is really not the best solution for a 'long' phone, but as I said it grips tight enough that I am not worried about it slipping out. The second is that the stabilizer they send with it is hard to stick down because of the neck being so stiff, and even with the stabilizer I get 'jiggle' in my phone when driving; not enough to be a problem but it can be a little distracting. This window phone mount has a stickynes to the silicone suction cup that helps it adhere to your window,the bendable rod part is thick and sturdy and the phone holder part expands pretty wide when you push the button great for bigger phones. I had to give this three stars solely because of the adhesive mess that occurred after a year & a half on my windshield. The adhesive part melted & partially stuck onto my windshield & I had to use Goof Off and a razor blade to get it off. It was a HARD job to remove. If that hadn't have occurred, I would have given it 5 stars. It was actually a fantastic cell phone holder. Worked for my Galaxy S22 like a dream. Very easy to adjust - didn't even have to use the release buttons once I adjusted it to my phone. I could just quickly slide my phone in there & go. Was very stable & didn't wiggle with car movement. Was easy to adjust to view my phone correctly. If the adhesive disaster wouldn't have happened, I would have bought another one. I will say, I live in Florida & maybe the Florida sun was just too much for it. But I've had other cell phone holders that did not melt like this. Read more
