Works great! Strong arm and ball mount kept my s24 ultra from flopping or vibrating around going down the road. Fits every phone we've put in it, very versatile. Recently upgraded with a mag safe charger mount. Will be getting a second one soon. Read more

The packaging is sturdy and prevents a damaged product. Putting it together was very intuitive and the instructions were clear. My vehicle is a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica and I prefer my suction cup mount to the side glass, above the dash. That prevents interference with the sun shade. The arm is very stiff! This makes getting it into position a pain, but it also makes for a sturdy mount in use. Take the time to position properly before removing the plastic backing to the sticky suction cup. I used the brace piece, which rests on the dash to further stabilize the arm for heavy phones. My only gripe is that the arm is oval shaped and not a round rod. The support piece only fits in one way on the arm. To make the piece work, I had to twist the arm so it would rotate enough that the support piece would snap on to the arm. As mentioned, the arm is stiff and it was not easy, but the end result worked very well. Time will tell if this lasts, but the rachet clamp is smooth and the release button works well. If the mechanicals last, then this is a winner! Read more

I just installed this a couple of days ago so I didn’t give it 5 stars until I give it enough time to make sure it works. So far it seems ok. Suction cup is holding fine. I have a couple of notes tho - the arm looks like its about 12” long in the ad however its only about 6-7” so hard to maneuver it in too many ways. Also beware if you have a pop socket on the back of your case it barely fits in the holder. Mine seems to hold it pretty snug so far. If the suction holds then I’ll consider it a real win. I have mine right under my rear view mirror so it’s close and safe to glance at (maps, etc) while driving. Read more

I had it for 3 1/2 years. It stuck to the windshield quite well up until the end. If it's still available, I'll likely buy it again. It did get weird at the end. It was as if the previously thin layer of adhesive on the suction cup absorbed a bunch of water (or something) out of the air and swelled way up. Suddenly, there was more than 1/4 inch between the windshield and the suction cup. I tried recovering it by pulling most of it off, leaving a thin layer again. But it wasn't going to hold any longer. I bought this one to replace a vent mount that I was never really that happy with and eventually just wore out. This was actually my second try and works so much better than the first attempt at replacing the old vent mount. The first one I tried still mounted to my windshield, but the seal just couldn’t hold up to hot summer days in the southeast. It would stay mounted for a few days and then fall off again. It also had an arms that was made up of straight segments that were held together with tightening joints. But since it had so many joints in places, these joints left four separate potential failure points. After carefully tightening all of them, after a few days, the road vibrations would inherently start to loosen them. And your perfectly positioned phone mount would just start to collapse. So that’s why I tried this model and third time’s the charm! The one piece, bendable aluminum arm took my potential failure points from four to only two - where it attaches to the glass, and where it attaches to the cell phone cradle. And so far those two spots have held firm and it’s been working great! It’s way more stable than any of my previous cell phone mounts. It hasn’t fallen off the glass and the two joints seem really stable and haven’t loosened up at all. What is different is that it does bounce a tiny bit while driving, just with the vibration of the road. But you get used to it very quickly and just tune it out, and it in no way impedes your ability to read the screen. I’ve been really happy so far. Read more
