This is my all-time favorite liquid liner. I'm a winged liner gal and have hooded eyes. I store this upside down so the felt tip is always moist. I got to test this eyeliner from an IPSY bag and I never went back to another brand. It is PERFECT. the tip of the pen allows you to create thin or thick eyeliner super easy. It dries quickly. The color is DARK which I love. I use a eyelid primer plus a small bit of Tarte shape tape concealer and set that with powder before applying the eyeliner. It stays on ALL day, no smudges.
