The media could not be loaded. This electric match is fantastic! It's rechargeable via included (short) USB cable, it's a gooseneck so you can get it into odd spaces (like a freestanding outdoor burner), and its safety features are simple and effective (you slide a cover up before you can press the On button, so no worries about accidentally igniting it). The electric lighting element is reliable--never had to click it more than once, and *poof* on goes the stovetop burner. I've had this thing for about 1.75 yrs, and I've only had to charge it 3 or 4 times. My kitchen stovetop is old and does not self-ignite anymore, so I use this little electric match multiple times a day. It shows no sign of wearing out. Excellent product for an excellent price. OK, so the biggest draw to this is that it's fun. However, it works great and hardly ever needs charging. The flexible neck let's you get down in those large jar candles to light them without burning your fingers with a match. Compared to similar lighters that use butane, it's nice not to have an open flame. I've had no problems in 2 month's use. Read more

I love this little gadget! Less costly than butane refills. Sleek design, neat storage. The blue is beautiful. Light weight, maybe a couple ounces. Safety switch is a great feature. It needs charging often as battery is small, but it also doesn’t take long to charge up. Tips do need cleaning each time used for lighting pre-waxed candle wicks. This is a lightweight electric lighter recharged via a short usb cable. There are indicator lights to easily see when a recharge will be needed, I have not needed to recharge yet after the initially charge. I use this to melt the ends of polyester webbing and paracord ropes, so much easier and safer than using a cigarette lighter. It is also easier to target the area being melted than with a big flame. I have also used this to light birthday candles. The end hook is also useful since organization in a craft room is always tricky, being able to hang on a hook is a nice feature. Read more
