Product arrived on time and well packaged. I bought it as a back up to one from a different company that I used regularly. Once charged it has basically been sitting and used only occasionally. It has held a charge well and I had no issues lighting candles. The only thing that I did notice is that the LED lights for this one are already on when the safety switch is in the on position. Not a deal breaker but it will discharge the battery a bit faster than those that have a separate switch for the lights. Also, the contact points for the plasma stream are just a hair smaller than my other lighter. Again, this is not a deal breaker and it only VERY slightly affects usage. Once you get used to how these electric arc (sometimes called plasma)lighters work, you won't use regular butane flame lights much any more. They're clean, quick, easily recharged via USB, and work just like a flame lighter. There is no gas odor and...they look cool!
