I needed cowboy boots ASAP. I had been trying some on in big cities when I traveled around. The boots were uncomfortable (retailers said you need to break them in) and expensive. Flashy or not, I couldn’t decide. Two days before the event, I went to Amazon and ordered these boots. I purchased 1/2 size bigger so I could wear socks. They arrived 1 hour before the event and I took a chance and wore them that evening. No problem. Comfortable, easy, best decision ever. My second pair of Ariats. I bought a red pair over 10 years ago and they are still holding out!! These boots are EVERYTHING!! They match and go with all the outfits. Comfortable, too. I purchased these boots because I've been looking for cowgirl boots with rubber, work-boot soles, that are good for working at the barn but are attractive enough to wear with jeans to a social outing. These definitely fit the bill! I saw from other reviewers that you should size down. I wear a 7.5 or 8 depending, so I ordered a 7.5. They fit a bit narrow and they are very difficult to get on...and I do not have a wide foot. However, all new cowgirl boots are this way until they are broken in, so I did not mark them down since this is to be expected. I have somewhat wide calves, so I always worry about purchasing boots online, but I didn't need to worry, these boots have a lot of space if calf circumference is a concern for you. If I were buying these from a store, I would probably get the size 8 due to the narrowness of the boots, but the 7.5 will be fine so long as I don't wear thick socks. The leather appears to be very thick, very high quality. The color is a little darker than pictured, but I like them enough that I'm not going to return for that reason alone. The boots are VERY comfortable once on. I could definitely work all day in these boots. I'm so glad I found these! They are offered at a very good price for what you get! Besides looking like they were mauled by a bear before being shipped they are extremely comfortable. I have big calves so got the wide but they are REALLY wide. Otherwise true to size. I’m normally a 7.5/8 and ordered an 8. Returning and getting normal width. Read more

Damaged , re-taped, holes in packaging. This is a gift and is supposed to look new. Boots are okay, thankfully, but this is unacceptable. Read more

Boots came scuffed. Very disappointed. I would normally not care since these are cowboy boots, but I’m wearing them in a wedding first. They also run a tad small. I got a size 10, they feel 9.5. They’re a bit snug. They’re functional for sure, for outdoor work. However as a dress boot, I’d go to a store in person. I don’t think they’re worth as much as I paid considering their scuffed up. ignore the ghetto pictures lol but these are SO NICE and so comfortable. i don’t even think i’ll need to break them in at all. you can definitely smell the real leather as soon as you open the box. i’m a size 8 with pretty normal to narrow feet and these fit very true to size for me. super easy to get on and off. you might not be able to see, but there were some scuffs on one boot but not on the other, however i’m really not worried about that because i figure it comes from them moving in the box during delivery, and i am planning on conditioning them up anyway which should help. (in case anyone reading this doesn’t know, that’s what you’re supposed to do with leather anyway so if you’re planning on ordering these, get the ariat boot conditioner) Read more
