Comfortable, durable, absolutely won me over! I had been searching for the perfect boot for around the farm, one that I could wear all day, any season, keep my feet dry, and ride too- this is it. I had been eyeing the traditional Terrains, but who has time for laces? I wanted something I could slip on & off. After sweltering in my tall cowboy boots for a couple of hot Southern summers, I wanted something cooler, a low boot, but still a boot that would protect me from my big horses, and all the muck that comes with a farm. As I have gotten older, I read reviews on products before purchasing. I have been a long time customer of Ariat but feel as though the quality has suffered in recent years. I wore these boots for the first time today to provide hippotherapy sessions (therapy sessions on the horse) for 7 hours straight. They are the MOST comfortable pair of shoes/boots I own! I have plantar fascitis and my feet feel great tonight. They are easy to slip on and off and didn't feel overly hot (temps in the high 80's today). I highly recommend these boots! Read more
First try on they look nice and feel good. Was looking for a short summer boot to ride my horse and I ordered a 1/2 size larger than I normally wear and they fit perfectly with socks. Read more
They need a loop on the front of the boot neck to facilitate pulling them on. I have a high instep. That loop would be helpful Read more
Bought these for my wife. The boots fit true to size. She's able to slip them on and off without them being too loose. She beats the boots up in the graden and in her words, is "not nice to them" but show no signs of breaking down. Hands down (or feet down) the best boots she's owned. Read more
