Birkenstock Shoes can look feminine!
Purchased for teen daughter. Had difficult time deciding on size. Sometimes she wears a 9M, but other times a 9.5. Many reviews said the narrow really fit like a U.S. shoe size medium. I ordered a 40N and they are a perfect fit. Actually, better than expected because Birkenstock shoes usually look wide and loose when people walk in them. These look rather feminine because the cut is narrower but it fits very comfortably. Color chosen is very different and attractive, Charcoal Velvet. Read more

SIZE DOWN
I am a 7.5-8 in regular shoes (and a 7 in flats) so I ordered a 38 (7-7.5) but should have ordered a smaller size. I thought it was a good fit at first but then my foot settled in to the shoe and there’s half an inch to an inch of space at the back :/ I also think I should have gotten the narrow width as that may have helped my foot stay in place more and not go allll the way up to the front. Anyways, moral of the story - size a whole size down. Read more
