These are amazingly comfortable and warm. I am a size 7 but Amazon recommended an 8, and they fit perfectly! They are really good looking slippers, and with the bottoms being rubber makes it nice and convinent to walk outside with them and not worry about ruining them. Read more

The floors in our house are cold year round. And for that reason, I have always needed slippers to walk around. And in all honesty, this slipper is the absolute best slipper ever! It’s no surprise they come with a five star rating and a one year warranty! Granted, they are a little expensive, but they are very well-made, comfortable, perfect fit, awesome sole for inside and out, and I could go on and on. For the past 15 years, I’ve bought numerous brands of slippers from Amazon, and it’s a hit or miss, but mostly it’s a miss. And the reason is that most slippers start wearing out very quickly and by the end of six months, I am looking for a new pair. Not counting these slippers, I’ve spent anywhere from $16.99 to $90.00 per pair, and they just did not last!! They are amazing the first day, and maybe even the first week, but they start losing their shape, their comfort, and they always stretch out very fast! I decided to take a chance with these slippers. The first positive is that the inside are not a bunch of fluff that wears out fast!! I got my last pair in January, 2023. This is now February 14, 2023, and I’ve had to buy another pair. The fluff on the inside of the previous slippers would stick to my feet, and now I have black fluff all around my recliner and in my bed. Very disappointed with those slippers because they were very cute. But they were already a half size too big when I got them, and that was “supposedly” the size I wear. I will wear these OluKai slippers and update at a later date. But from what I can tell at this point, this is a very well-made slipper, and I think I will end up liking them and wearing them longer than a couple of months!! Read more

I have been searching for quite some time for comfortable slippers that give support, comfort and ones that will last. These have provided the first two wants but it is to early to tell about lasting since I have only had them for a week. I have spent money on Dearfoam, Acorn, Minnetonka and Isotoner to name a few. I found that with a couple months the memory foam gave way and the slippers gave little support and became uncomfortable. I have found that these Olukai are super comfortable and gives me the support I need. I don't like going barefoot in the house so slippers are a must for me. My only issue is the sizing. I am a 8.5 to a 9.0 and wear a 9 in Sketcher arch fit athletic shoe, and an 8.5 in Clarks shoes. I ordered a 9 in these and debated on returning them for the 8 because they were a little loose but ok with socks. I was trying to avoid having to wear socks but I was worried that the 8 might be to small. Now after wearing them for a little more than a week they have stretched out just a bit and I find that I wished I have returned them for the 8. I have worn them outside in the backyard when I take the dog out to do her business and love that fact that the slippers have a solid bottom for walking across the wet turf and patio. If these last as long as I think they will then I'll be buying another pair. Well worth the expense! Read more

Olukai shoes generally are well made and hold up well, so I expected nothing less from this new slipper. I was excited to see that they finally offered a shearling lined slipper with wool in the insole as well - previous booties of theirs had shearling everywhere BUT the insole, which was polyester and defeated the whole purpose of a shearling-lined slipper. These have a wool footbed, which is soft and cushy. Wool is great for temperature regulation and doesn’t wear off or compress as easily as fluffy shearling, so should last longer. They have shearling lining on every other surface that touches your foot. The slippers themselves have mild arch support. Not as much as my Olukai flip flops, but more than my big name brand shearling boots, which have zero arch support. The slippers have some give / cushion as well, so they aren’t rock hard on the soles and don’t hurt my feet after a long day. Other shearling slippers/boots from other companies hurt my feet as they don’t provide shock absorption on hard floors. These do. These also have excellent soles with great traction - truly a slipper you can wear out to run errands if you’re so inclined. I got the gray color, which is pretty and light, almost like a silver. Size-wize, I normally wear a 7.5 in most shoes. I am between a 7 and an 8 in most Olukai styles. I got these in an 8 and they are perfect - a tiny bit of room front to back, but they don’t slip around, are easy to get on/off, and allow room for socks if I ever want to wear them. Another shoe company that sells slippers in whole sizes only. UGH! I rounded up a size as suggested and they were like boats on my feet and Amazon did not have the next size down. I returned these. I did end up purchasing these from another retailer that had the smaller size and one slipper fit a wee bit better than the other but I kept them. They were pretty comfortable and I was pretty happy but they did not last long. They were utterly worn out in under 6 months. If they weren't so expensive I might have purchased another pair. It's very hard to find a slipper that fits and is comfy having very painful plantar fasciitis. Please start make 1/2 sizes! Read more
