So it's Winter time now and I don't have any plans of driving to my closest beach anytime soon so I cannot give an actual real world use review until Summer. Stay tuned! However - I just tried it on to see how it would fit and fell in love with it more than I already was seeing the beautiful design online. First let's talk about sizing. I have sensory issues with clothes so with bathing suits, I don't like them too tight and usually size up. Based on my measurements, I think I could fit the medium comfortably but I got the large and while it was loose everywhere (the elastic bra thing under breasts and the shorts don't wedgie), that is exactly how I wanted it to fit. It is definitely true to size. This bathing suit is extremely comfortable to me and I love that it is a modest two piece that is very flattering. It is high-waisted so naturally hides belly fat there. On top of that, it has a type of "tankini" attached from the top of the bra part that hangs very loosely around the hip area further hiding any kind of fat if needed. This design itself is awesome. I super loved the print because I love anything with stars and celestial themed. The blue stripes over black with sparkly sky blue stars are absolutely beautiful to me. Something else I adored about this bathing suit was that it has big roomy pockets. Not many bathing suits for women have pockets, let alone huge ones! The pockets on these shorts were able to fit my XL sized phone with room to spare! The padding on the bra is adequate and I like that they're removable. It came in a cool vinyl material storage bag that resembles the bags that bedding usually comes in which I loved since this makes it easy to storage between seasons and/or pack it safely for trips. This swimsuit is really cute and flattering. The top is comfortable and provides good coverage. It is very well made and excellent quality. No weird pulling at the seams. For me there are two reasons I removed a star. 1. The bra top has firm cups that are not removable. I've had a double mastectomy and would have preferred to have the cups removable. Its not a deal breaker - its just giving me a different look and I am concerned about how it will feel if I swim in it. 2. The shorts are a bit shorter than I would have liked. Standing I find them ok but when I sit down they material slides up so much that they aren't really like shorts anymore. I do LOVE the color and the butterfly pattern is whimsical and pretty. I've worn a lot of skirted one-piece swimsuits. I was a little leery of getting a boyshort two-piece, but my worries were unfounded. The suit is great. The boy shorts have some tummy control and go above my belly button. The shorts are about 1/3 the length of my thigh. I have my mother's legs and have never been in love with my thighs, but this isn't so short that you can see everything. It is modest. The suit is like a three-piece. The top consists of two pieces connected. One overlay and then the tube top. I like it. The sides are open, but not too much. I got the purple butterflies one, and the suit is very becoming. I like it. It is well-built, comfortable, and pretty, and it will be loads of fun to run around by the lake this summer. The fit is also good. I am a medium-large, and the large fits comfortably and is not too tight. It is a good value for the money $34.99. I can recommend this swimsuit. Read more

I have had the hardest time over the last few years find swimwear that fits 2 things I want: comfort and coverage. This one is the closest I have gotten. This swimsuit is very comfortable. I think the print is a little lower quality then it should be. The "blouse" top of the swimsuit is kind of ugly--especially from the side. It looks better in photos, than it does in person. I LOVE the shorts of this swimsuit. They are very comfortable and are a great size and length. I love how they go past my belly button--they are truly high wasted. The black top under also gives you nice support and coverage. I kind of wish the blue "blouse" part could be removed, as it would look better without it. Read more

Wife was much happier with this suit than she thought she would be. The suit provides plenty of coverage if you want to be comfortable and not necessarily have everything hang out, but it also isn't like wearing clothes in the pool. The sides are actually lower cut and actually make it more like a real bikini, but she felt good about not looking big in it. She is bustier and it provided good support and the straps are sturdy and adjustable. The shorts part is not tight, but not so loose they were like bloomers. Fabric was swimsuit fabric and very nice. Definitely recommend for the price if you are looking for a bathing suit that doesn't look like you are ready for retirement. Read more

Not bad for inexpensive swimsuit. The bottoms have no crotch liner like other suits. They tend to ride up in the rear if they don’t fit skin tight. They end up being shorter on the leg because of this. I’m a 34DD and the small fits but it could use a bit more support. Coverage for top is good, not too low. Top is comfortable but bottoms ride up a little too much for my preference. Material quality is good especially for this price point. Cute cut out design on the top piece. Read more
