My unit broke after 4-5mos. Giving CL and EO error , even worh thorough cleaning like it says in the manual, still wont work. I am Trying to get a replacement up till now its going to be a month now and still waiting. The Aroma Agent asks tons of stuff. While I provided all necessary info they also want me cut cord of the unit, I am not sure why they ask me to do that and has not responded yet. Takes forever for them to respond. Customer service sucks. The only thing that I commend on this product is the glass pot, the only reason why I chose it. Read more

Except for the special insert for low carb rice, no plastic touches food. Alarm for low water. Good electronics. Easy to operate. Cleaning is good once you get the hang of it. Cooks well. I use it all the time except for summer, too hot in small apartment. I recommend it if you steam often. I enjoy the best and this is it. Read more

Was working for the first Six weeks, but no longer working this time for a Rice, unable to cook recently, function for Smart Carb is completely gone, I enjoyed only for 1.5 months for cooking, but will try to save the hardware because of nice aesthetic appearance. Read more

I saw the German brand glass-lined rice cooker at my sister's house in Shanghai. I thought it was much healthier than the aluminum-coated rice cooker we've been using for a long time, so I saw this on Amazon. Bought the pot immediately. It has only been used for more than a week so far. The appearance of the transparent glass is very good, but after all, it is tempered glass, which is very heavy. The first time I used this pot to cook rice, I didn't know the amount of water and the back pot was not filled with water, so the rice sandwich was raw. The second time I got the hang of it, the meal was good. At present, I only feel that the pot is a bit large and heavy, but everything else is fine. Read more

I love the idea of this & cooking in an entirely glass pot BUT I often have issues with the water reservoir not registering as full when it is. Updated: having fewer issues with resivor not registering but cannot get low-carb rice function to work. Every time it ends up with dry/uncooked rice on top & mushy on the bottom. Also when using other functions, it adds water via steam and messes with ratios/waters down food. Read more

Does not work. Followed directions in instructional manual. Rice comes out mushy. System is weird, you put water in a chamber and it then adds it back in. Water ratio is off. Read more
