I buy these every month, definitely a repeat customer. Every morning while drinking my second cup of tea, I place them under my eyes and wear them for 15 minutes. My skin around my eyes looks great. There is a good amount of moisture with the eye pads so you should always get good results using them consistently. They are a gel pad so be gentle when getting them out of the jar. Really, you can use them anywhere you want on your face. I keep them in the refrigerator and they feel so cool and lovely when I place them on my face. Great quality and a very reasonable price. When I opened the container, the eye masks were soaking in some type of liquid and appeared to be moist. However, they were quite dry once removed from the container. The masks would start to crack and break before I could successfully apply underneath my eye. Due to the dryness of the mask, it's almost impossible to keep the mask on for 20 minutes (per the instructions) because they slide down my cheeks. Most importantly, the masks had zero effect on my under-eye puffiness and did not cause my skin to feel or appear soft or relaxed. All of the masks are soaked on the same side; therefore, there is no distinction as to which mask should be used for which eye.
