I really like the vacuum. I can get every inch of my 1200 house vacuumed on a single charge with battery life remaining. Goes from carpet to bare floors easily. Breaks apart for cleaning the crevices in the furniture and corners. Love pivoting of head allows you to vacuum underneath beds close to the wall without having to move the furniture. My reason for 3 star instead of 5 is because I can’t find the replacement filters. While the ones that come with it washable , they are not going to last very long if I am washing them once a week. We loved the function of this vacuum from day one. Picks up great. Stays charged. The other day, however, it started making a funny noise and smelled funny. I wrote the company and spoke to Noreen.
